Elope Atlas is a location-based elopement planning platform that provides information about elopement locations, permit requirements, vendor directories, and planning tools. The information provided is for general planning purposes only and should be verified with the relevant land management agencies before your elopement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Planning Access subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about permit requirements, fees, and location details, this information can change. Always verify permit requirements, fees, and regulations directly with the relevant land management agency (National Park Service, US Forest Service, BLM, state parks, etc.) before your elopement. Elope Atlas is not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on outdated or inaccurate information.
Vendor listings on Elope Atlas are provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the services provided by listed vendors. Couples are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any vendor.
All content on Elope Atlas — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Elope Atlas or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Elope Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to permit denials, vendor disputes, or weather-related issues on your elopement day.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
