Groups of 10 or fewer (including the officiant) can hold a ceremony without a permit, provided they follow park rules. Groups larger than 10 need an NPS Special Use Permit. $125 non refundable application fee (check or money order only, payable to National Park Service). Submit at least 72 hours in advance; accepted up to one year out.
