Elopements are not permitted inside Upper or Lower Antelope Canyon. However, several nearby slot canyons on Navajo land allow private ceremonies, including Waterholes Canyon, Wind Pebble, Deer Canyon, Wind Castle, and Cardiac Canyon. All require a licensed Navajo guide and a commercial photography permit. Permit fees include a $200-$300 processing fee plus $700/day commercial permit plus 6% Navajo sales tax.
