Elope in Wyoming
glacier-carved peaks, thermal basins, and open valley floors
Grand Teton is the most-requested elopement location in the Rocky Mountain region, and it earns the reputation. The Tetons rise 7,000 feet above the valley floor with no foothills. The scale hits differently than most ranges. Permits go through the park's Special Use system and fill quickly for peak summer windows. Yellowstone shares a border and offers a completely different experience: thermal features, open meadows, and wildlife corridors that feel prehistoric. Some couples split the trip between both parks.
